During the interview, co-host Sara Haines was presenting the governor with rapid-fire topics to get his response. One of them was, “My advice to J.D. Vance is?”

Walz responded, “Just go in and order the chocolate doughnut and don’t add anything else.”

Then Haines went on to the next topic. “My first thought about Arnold Palmer is?”

Walz didn’t take the joking route that time and said, “I’m passing on that one,” as the other co-hosts and crowd laughed.
